Il Quale Si Riserva Il Diritto, A Suo Insindacabile Giudizio, Di Accettare
L’ordine.
B. L’accettazione Si Ritiene Tacita, Se Non Altrimenti Comunicato Con
Qualsiasi Modalità Al CLIENTE. Effettuando Un Ordine Nella Modalità
Prevista, Il CLIENTE Dichiara Di Aver Preso Visione Di Tutte Le
Indicazioni Fornite Durante La Procedura D’acquisto E Di Accettare
Integralmente Le Condizioni Generali E Di Pagamento Di Seguito

These conditions may be subject to changes and the date of publication of the same on
the site is equivalent to the date of entry into force. These Conditions govern purchases
made on the website www.agrisoledor.com, in accordance with the provisions of Part III,
Title III, Chapter I, of the Consumer Code, Legislative Decree N: 206/2005, amended by
Legislative Decree: N 21/2014 And by Legislative Decree 70/2003 on Electronic
Commerce.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
A. The Contract stipulated between Az. Agr. SOLEDOR di Costarelli Ignazio and the
Customer, must be understood as concluded with the acceptance, even if only partial, of
the order by Az. Agr. SOLEDOR by Costarelli Ignazio, who reserves the right, at his sole
discretion, to accept the order.

read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the

C. If the CUSTOMER is a final consumer (i.e. a natural person who buys the goods for

D. All the prices on the site are to be understood as retail prices, inclusive of VAT, Az. Agr.
SOLEDOR by Costarelli Ignazio reserves the right to change prices at any time, without
notice.

binding. It may happen that the weight of the products ordered is slightly lower than that
indicated, as some products are subject to natural weight loss.
