LAMPASCIONI in OLIO EXTRA VERGINE di OLIVA 280 g

In Oils:
Vegetables and seasonal vegetables, all strictly organic. Once collected,
they are processed on the same day to maintain their freshness, color and aroma.
By expert hands they are placed in jars in extra virgin olive oil, without the addition of
preservatives and dyes.
NB: The main ingredient is the lampascione a herbaceous plant similar to the spring onion, but with a bitterish taste. The bulb of lampascione is cultivated all over Puglia.

Lampascioni can be eaten with bread and accompanied with a meal of second dishes.
