Preparation:
Evergreen shrub, widespread in areas where the Mediterranean scrub is present, with its characteristic scent it is the undisputed ruler of the undergrowth. It is also a medicinal plant, famous for its numerous properties. An essential oil is extracted from it which is also used for the aromatization process of Soledòr extra virgin olive oil.

Recommended Combinations:
You cannot fail to use it to dress your white meat dishes: it is the ideal counterpoint for a chicken salad, or the best choice for fattening grilled meats. Furthermore, if you choose a cold chickpea soup, a few drops of this dressing will revive the taste, as for your freshly baked potatoes or white focaccia.
